The breakfasts were savoury and outstanding. The room with 2 queen beds. The location was magnificent and perfect - ease of access to Hyde Street Pier.

Generally, it's a clean hotel with outstanding breakfasts. Smart personnel who understand the value of service. The location is unbeatable and amazing, close to the Alcatraz ferry. If I return to San Francisco, I would stay there again.

This place has an amazing location, very close to China Town and other main areas with upscale restaurants. The breakfast included lacks variety and the muffin is a disappointment.

Clean and ideal place, has nice views of the Harbor. The location is incredible, 5 minutes' walk to a public square. Area is very nice and really close to many restaurants and a short walk, the Pier, the trolley, turnabout, beach at Pier Park, and Fisherman's Wharf, eating establishments👍👍

Absolutely prime location. You leave the hotel and you are directly on the mile to the pier. A short walk and you are at the Hard Rock Cafe and can walk along the pier. Safe location, good spacious rooms. Hotel is professionally managed. In the lobby are internet PCs, printers e.g. for boarding cards. We were there before check in and the luggage was safely and reliably stored. We walked to China Town and the Coit Tower. In San Francisco you can surely stay for 20 dollars less, but you have to accept long distances. We come back here.

When booking, the impression was created that parking is free (Parking available). But of course it is not for free with this location. Nevertheless 40 dollars a night is not from bad parents. That could be a little cheaper.
